Returns
Orders can only be returned within 5 days of delivery & with original tag. If the buyer has found undeclared defects, the Bag will be taken back free of charge. Further information on returns can be found here.
Installment purchase
If you want to buy your Bag in installments, simply select the "Purchase on account / Facture" option in the checkout. The invoice will be sent via Powerpay. You will receive an invoice by post with a payment slip at the beginning of the month. This allows you to decide each month how much you would like to pay (min. 10%).You can find more information here.
